Exercise Nutrition Results – Weekly Check In {3}, getting results!

It’s a week after my revamp, and I’ve made some real progress! I’ll admit that I didn’t hit all of my goals, but I did the best I could. Here’s how the week broke down:

Track everything, and stick to the Weight Watchers guidelines!

I didn’t track as well as I would have liked, though I definitely made progress from the two weeks prior, when I tracked nothing. I want to track every day, but I am finding it really difficult. It’s especially hard when I make my own foods like soups, and breads. I’m going to keep striving to track every day, because I know if I work the plan, I will see results.

Walk 10,000 steps a day, no exceptions!

I did really well this week, even though I didn’t do 10,000 steps every day. Check it out:

Also started using the FitBit app!

Monday: 8,079

I’m really proud of my progress last week, and I fully intend to beat it this week!

Follow the new exercise routine!

I didn’t do every day that I intended to, but again, I did more than the two weeks prior. This was pretty a ambitious routine, and struggled through it the first day. I could barely do a push up! When I did my routine on Thursday, I did it in a hotel, and honestly it felt amazing!

Also, I did yoga for the first time in a looooong time using the Yoga Studio app, and it was super fun.

Funny story, have you seen Anchorman? Do you remember the scene when Ron Burgundy asks how to pronounce jog and if the ‘j’ is silent? Well, yeah, I started writing yog instead of jog because I had that in my head.

Weekly Progress

So, following the plan last week, even though I did’t follow it exactly, lead to progress!

I know the picture’s a little corny, but I don’t even care! I’m so excited to check off each of these boxes as I get closer and closer to my goal.

This was my first tracker, I don’t know what I was thinking, lol:

Using my bullet journal, has been a huge help and it has really helped to push me to stay accountable. I am feeling stronger and more inspired this week than I have in a while and I know I can stay on track until I get to my goal weight!

    YAY! Congrats for jumping back on that wagon. I know when I fall off, it's so easy to stay off.

      Thank you Tricia! I fell off for a few weeks there and didn't know if I'd be able to make it back on! Journaling has helped honestly, even if I don't stick to everything I plan, just having a plan makes me more accountable.

      Thank you Melissa! I think making something that you enjoy looking at is super helpful when you are trying to stay on track. Now I just need to make sure to look at it everyday to keep myself on it! I am currently obsessed with bullet journaling, I was so intimidated to start it, and now that I've actually taken the plunge, I love it! Not only does it help keep me on track, but it's an awesome creative outlet. Thanks so much for visiting! :)
